Dr. Thomas Binder

Dr. Thomas Binder has been lecturing on the MBA programmes at the Berlin School of Economics and Law since 1999.

Since 1995 he works as organizational consultant and coach. He has huge experience with complex change projects in diverse industries (e.g. restructuring, culture change) and is specialized in change management, coaching and leadership development. In his function as partner and senior consultant of Consulting Group Berlin (www.consulting-group-berlin.de), he has advised clients ranging from SMEs to international companies and non-profit organisations.

He has completed several longer advanced trainings such as  systemic supervision (DGSv) or business mediation (BM) and is  always curious about deepening his know how – as well as sharing his expertise with others.
