Jana Gebauer

Jana Gebauer studied business administration at the Humboldt University in Berlin and worked as a researcher and lecturer i.a. at the Department of Environmental Management at the Free University Berlin. From 2005 until 2015, Jana was with the Institute for Ecological Economy Research (IÖW) in Berlin. As a senior researcher, she held the thematic and project responsibilities in the areas of corporate social responsibility, sustainability reporting, sustainable and social entrepreneurship, post-growth and alternative economies. Since 2016, Jana is working as a freelance researcher, speaker, lecturer, and facilitator to foster entrepreneurial contributions to social and ecological change. Her focus lies on post-growth approaches of economic actors within diverse economies. Jana is a fellow at and a member of the board of IÖW.
