Dr. Bernd Rolinck has been a regular lecturer at the Berlin Professional School since 2014. His focus is on strategic management and transformation. He also teaches on topics such as corporate finance, sustainable finance, venture capital, M&A and corporate succession.
After studying business and economics at the University of St. Gallen and the London School of Economics and completing his doctorate at the Institute of Management of the Free University of Berlin, Dr. Rolinck initially worked as a management consultant for an international consulting firm. After an excursion as CFO of a family business, his path led him through various stations to the corporate client division of Deutsche Bank. At Deutsche Bank, Dr. Rolinck led a team of technology and industry experts in corporate finance for many years, providing strategic advice to the bank's corporate clients on transactions and financing. In addition, Mr. Rolinck has been responsible for the bank's business development with start-ups and fast-growing technology companies.
Today, Dr. Rolinck is a management consultant at osb international, a systemically oriented management consulting firm. His focus is on strategy and organizational consulting as well as on the design of challenging transformation processes.
