Company insights

As part of the "International Management" module, Berlin MBA students visited the BMW motorcycle plant in Berlin Spandau. The aim was to deepen theoretical concepts on global and local strategy in the areas of product development, procurement, production and sales through practical experience.

The students looked behind the scenes of motorcycle production and experienced the processes live. They were not only able to apply their theoretical knowledge, but also gain a direct insight into the reality of the industry.

This was a valuable supplement to their theoretical learning and enabled them to understand and apply the concepts they had learned in a real-life environment.
