- assess the strategic and operational relevance of digitalization projects
- assess and apply suitable concepts and methods for the development of digitalization solutions in the areas of strategy, leadership, processes and human resources
- combine state-of-the-art findings from science and practice with knowledge from partner companies and their own specific experience from the team
- meet the requirements of a time-limited and demanding consulting project for novel issues with innovative approaches
Seminar Content
As part of this seminar, you will have the opportunity to participate in practical projects on the digitalization of Berlin companies - in direct cooperation with the companies and with expert guidance and support from the lecturers. Our previous partners include idealo Internet GmbH, various divisions of Deutsche Bahn, Charité, Delivery Hero, Siemens Mobility and Marley Spoon.
Our lecturer offer you conceptual and methodological support and teach you relevant theories and practical concepts for structuring your consulting work. The PPST model (People-Process-Strategy-Technology) is used to categorize and prioritize the solutions developed.
The aim of this training is to develop practical and implementable solutions for the participating company partners.
This module promotes your entrepreneurial thinking and actions in relation to digitalization in companies and public institutions.
